Some giveaways are about waiting for a date. Others are about reaching a moment together. Discortics 3.2.1 adds a better way to run the second kind, along with a set of changes across Applications, Tickets, messages, and the dashboard.

- Giveaway drops: End a giveaway when it reaches a target for entries, members, boosts, or messages.
- Applications: Manage each form on its own page and export retained responses as CSV or JSON on Prime and Custom.
- Tickets: Panels and options per panel now scale to 5 / 10 / 25 on Public / Prime / Custom.
- Message builders: Choose between Classic V1 embeds and Components V2 in the dashboard.
- Ping on Join: Mention a new member, then remove the welcome message after at least three seconds.
- Dashboard updates: Home, Stats, Applications, and Giveaways are easier to scan and use.
Giveaway drops now have a goal
The giveaway editor has had a full redesign. Regular giveaways are still the right choice when you want a duration or a scheduled start. Drop Giveaway is for something different: a giveaway that stays open until your server reaches a goal.
Run /giveaway drop or ;gdrop, choose the prize and winners, then set the milestone that should end it. Once the target is reached, entries close and the winners are picked.
You can use four types of milestone:
- Eligible Entries: End the drop when a set number of members have entered.
- Server Members: End it when your server reaches a member count.
- Server Boosts: End it when your server reaches a boost count.
- Server Messages: End it when your server reaches a tracked message count.
Eligible entry and member milestones are available on every bot tier. Boost and message milestones are available on Prime and Custom. If a target is never reached, the drop still ends at its safety deadline. You do not need to choose a duration.
Create, drop, edit, and template flows now share the same setup experience. The dashboard shows the current member, boost, or message count beside the target when it is available, so you can choose a goal that is still ahead of your server.
Applications are easier to manage
Applications now have a clearer page for each form. Settings and Responses have their own tabs, and selecting a response opens its answers in a side drawer instead of making the whole page harder to navigate.
Prime and Custom administrators can also export retained responses as CSV or JSON. Use the Responses tab in Dashboard → Applications, or open /application settings in Discord and choose Export from the form's Config panel. CSV is ready for spreadsheets, while JSON keeps the response structure intact.
Application panels can now use either Classic V1 embeds or Components V2, with the same form actions connected to both formats.
More room for Tickets
Ticket-heavy servers have more space to organise their support flows. Panels and options per panel now use the same higher limits:

The ticket editor also has a clearer setup flow, better handling for custom emoji, and dashboard support for richer panel messages.
A few more useful changes
Welcome messages can now use Ping on Join. Include {{user.mention}}, allow user mentions, and Discortics sends the welcome message, gives the new member a notification, then removes the message after at least three seconds. Dashboard and Discord tests use your real profile, so it is easier to check what members will actually receive.
The dashboard Home and Stats pages have been reorganised around the information people check most often, with clearer activity charts and server totals. Search now covers dashboard pages and published guides too. There are also small command shortcuts, guide updates, and reliability fixes across the bot.
Start with Dashboard → Giveaways or run /giveaway drop in your server. For the rest of the release, open Dashboard → Applications, Tickets, or Welcome & Leave and see what has changed for your server.
