A ticket option is one choice on a panel. Each option can create tickets for a different team with its own category, staff roles, welcome message, and access rules.
For example, a Support panel can contain General Support, Billing, and Report a User without sharing the same staff or channel settings.

Name and channels
Label is the name members see on the button or select menu. It is required and supports up to 80 characters.
Description appears below the label in select-menu mode. It is optional and supports up to 100 characters.
Ticket Category is the Discord category where new ticket channels are created. Leave it empty to create channels without a category.
Log Channel receives records for ticket creation, staff actions, closing, reopening, transcripts, and deletion. Transcript files are copied there when configured.
Naming Scheme controls new channel names and supports:
{{count}}for a four-digit option counter such as0001.{{username}}for the ticket creator's Discord username.
For example, support-{{username}}-{{count}} can create support-alex-0001.
Staff and member access
Ping Roles are mentioned when a ticket opens. Use them only for the team expected to respond.
Manager Roles can see the ticket and use its Claim, Close, Open, Transcript, and Delete buttons. Slash commands still require Manage Channels.
Additional Users always receive access to new tickets from this option.
Check the Tickets overview limits before adding large role or user lists.
Welcome message
Set a clear title and description for the message posted inside every new ticket. Tell the member what information to provide and what response time to expect.

Claim and ticket limits
Allow simultaneous tickets
When disabled, a member can have one open ticket from this exact option. When enabled, the member can have two. Other options are counted separately.
Require claim before entry
The new ticket stays hidden from its creator until a manager claims or assigns it. Unclaiming removes the creator's access again.
Isolate on claim
After a claim or assignment, Discortics removes the configured manager roles from the channel. The assignee and individually added users keep access. Unclaiming restores manager-role access.
Use this only when one staff member should handle a ticket privately. Leave it off when the whole support team should continue seeing claimed tickets.
Option emoji
Select Emoji, then provide a Unicode emoji or custom emoji. Enter clear to remove it or cancel to keep the current value.
The emoji appears beside the option label on the public panel.
Save and test
Enable the option, save its parent panel, and update the deployed message. Open a test ticket from that exact option and confirm:
- The channel is in the correct category.
- The intended member and staff can see it.
- The welcome message is clear.
- The Claim and Close buttons work.
- The log channel receives the creation record.
