Application limits depend on whether your server uses the Public, Prime, or Custom bot.
Limits by bot tier
| Resource | Public | Prime | Custom |
|---|---|---|---|
| Forms per server | 7 | 15 | 100 |
| Responses per member, per form | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Questions per form | 20 | 50 | 100 |
| Largest file per upload | 2 MB | 10 MB | 50 MB |
| Files per response | 25 | 50 | 100 |
| Allowed roles per form | 5 | 10 | 20 |
| Blocked roles per form | 5 | 10 | 20 |
| Allowed channels per form | 5 | 10 | 20 |
| Blocked channels per form | 5 | 10 | 20 |
Each allowed and blocked list has its own limit. For example, the Public bot can have five allowed roles and five blocked roles on the same form.
What counts as a response
Pending, accepted, and denied responses all count toward the per-member limit for that form.
To free capacity:
- Run
/application delete user:@memberand select the form to clear one member's history. - Run
/application deletewithout a user to clear every response for the selected form. - On Prime or Custom, use the response manager in Dashboard → Applications → Responses.
Warning: Clearing responses cannot be undone.
File limits
One file must stay within the per-upload size limit. All uploads across one completed response also count toward the files-per-response limit.
A single File question can request 1 to 10 uploads. Discortics checks whether each upload matches the question's All, Image, Video, or PDF filter.
A form reached its limit
If a form no longer accepts a change:
- Check the matching row in the table above.
- Remove an unused question, restriction, or form.
- Clear old responses only when your staff no longer needs them.
- Save the form and test it again.
The response limit is checked when the answers are submitted. A member may finish the questions but still fail to save the response if they reached their limit during the application.
