Discortics offers unlimited application responses on Public, Prime, and Custom. There is no tier-based cap on responses per form as your server gains members. Form, question, and upload limits depend on your bot tier.

Each allowed and blocked list has its own limit. For example, the Public bot can have five allowed roles and five blocked roles on the same form.
Unlimited responses and answer retention
Unlimited describes submission volume. Apply mode controls when the same member can reapply; stored answers, Dashboard browsing, and data exports follow the retention rules below.
Every tier offers Apply mode: once ever, after acceptance/denial (default), or anytime. This determines when a member may submit again.
Prime and Custom replace the previous response when a new submission completes. Their response manager shows the latest successful submission for that member/form, not an unlimited archive of earlier answers. Old log buttons explain that the member reapplied. Public retains only identity, timestamps and review metadata for each successfully logged submission, so each Discord log remains independently reviewable. It does not retain answers for Dashboard browsing. Active applications and delivery retries use temporary answer storage, cleared when finished. Premium is required at submission time to retain answers; upgrading does not recover earlier Public answers. Deleting responses does not reset once-only eligibility.
Server administrators on Prime and Custom can export all retained responses for a form as CSV or JSON from either the Dashboard (Responses tab) or Discord (/application settings → form Config → Export). Public bots do not support response exports because full applicant answers are never retained on the server.
To remove a response, use /application delete user:@member and select the form, or use the Dashboard on Prime and Custom. Omit the user to delete all responses for the selected form.
Warning: Clearing responses cannot be undone. Save or export any answers staff need before deleting or replacing them.
File limits
One file must stay within the per-upload size limit. All uploads across one completed response also count toward the files-per-response limit.
A single File question can request 1 to 10 uploads. Discortics checks whether each upload matches the question's All, Image, Video, or PDF filter.
A form reached its limit
If a form no longer accepts a change:
- Check the matching row in the table above.
- Remove an unused question, restriction, or form.
- Check that the form can be completed within the total upload allowance.
- Save the form and test it again.
Keep required uploads across the whole form within the files-per-response limit. Leave room for later required questions when allowing optional uploads, and test the complete form before sharing it.
